Tarah Who?
“Tarah Who?. It’s not a question that needs to be answered. Tarah Who? is a rising statement in the progressive punk/grunge scene”. Carl Lawrence Knauf
From their humble beginnings playing DIY shows and warehouses to now repping their sound at prestigious European festivals (Hellfest, Wheels & Waves Motorcycle Festival), Tarah Who? has been turning heads with their brand of high-octane grunge-punk. Equally as visceral as it is cathartic, their sound collides bold lyricism and relentless instrumentation, mirroring the spirit and attitude of Punk Rock.
Masterminded by Tarah Carpenter, her output has earned her feature-story coverage from Rolling Stone France, Voici, Tatouage Magazine, GIG Radar, Kill The Music, La Grosse Radio, Loud Stuff, Moshville, Music Connection, Muzak, and The Ring Master, among other outlets.
Tarah Who? has since released several albums and EPs, such as The Collaboration Project (2023), Supposedly, A Man (2020), and 64 Women (2018). Tarah Who? is known for their explosive live performances, their catchy and rebellious songs, and their outspoken and fearless attitude. The band has toured extensively in the US with L7, in Europe and in the UK with Life of Agony, Madball, Prong, Wednesday 13, South of Salem, Sick’n Beautiful etc…. Tarah Who? Has also collaborated with renowned producers such as Alain Johannes (QOTSA, Them Crooked Vultures, Chris Cornell, Elevenamongst others) , Jason Orme (Alanis Morissette), Norm Block (L7).
